About Arts Based Supervision

Donna offers a space to reflect on therapeutic practice in a balanced way. With a focus on

supporting growth, identifying challenges, exploring ethical situations, and supporting self-

care. Both the supervisor and supervisee/s co-create a safe and supportive space to

undertake the task of supervision. Where applicable art making can be used in supervision

to reflect on the supervisees practice.

Experience

Beyond her clinical work, Donna has made significant contributions to her field, including her leadership as President of the Australian Play Therapists Association (APTA). She also successfully led Arts Therapy Spectrum, a thriving creative therapies practice with a large team of therapists, for over six years.
